Where is MangoPalooza?

At Incredible Edible Landscapes, our family’s farm and garden center.  The address is:

What time does the tasting start?

Gates open at 4pm, the tasting will start at 4:45. We will allow some time for all guests to arrive, park, and get situated, but don’t be late!

What’s the parking situation?

We’ll have a team dedicated to handling parking.  Please be respectful and follow their directions.  We have limited parking space at the farm, and need your cooperation to ensure that parking is handled appropriately and with consideration for our neighbors.

Which mangos will I be able to taste?

Over 60 varieties will be available, including some of the most popular and sought after. Last year we had over 1,500 pounds of mangos.  Each farm we pick from is different, therefore, we can’t predict exactly what will be ripe that day.  You can expect to taste many of the mangos on your bucket list, and more.  

Will there be fruit for sale?

Yes!  Variety boxes will be available to buy – these will have the best mix of mangos.  We will also have lots of mangos for sale by the pound.  

How do the tasting tables work?

The crowd will be split into small groups, each assigned to a table with your very own “mango-tender”.  A spread of ripe, whole fruit will be prepared.  You and your group will choose which mangos you want to taste, and your server will cut slices upon request. This ensures freshness and a full flavor experience. 

Do I need tickets for my kids?

Kids 12 and under are free, but must be registered with your ticket.  If you are bringing kids over the age of 12, you’ll need to pay for their admission.

Can I bring a pet?

Absolutely not.  We don’t allow pets at our farm, especially during an event like this.  Only legitimate trained service dogs are welcome. 

What else can I expect at the event?

Lots.  We’ll have several local vendors, including food, drinks, and ice cold treats. There will be a kids play area, music, games, raffles, and mango trivia!  We will also do a pruning demonstration and mango growing Q&A.  

Can I buy a last minute ticket after it's sold out?

NO TICKETS AVAILABLE AFTER WE SELL OUT—NO EXCEPTIONS!  All guests need to be registered in order to enter the event.  Tickets will NOT be sold at the gate!

What if I bought a ticket and can’t make it?

Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds if your plans change after buying a ticket.  You may contact us to ask to transfer your ticket to a friend.  

Please note that this is a rain-or-shine event, and no refunds or rain checks will be given.

What are the raffle prizes?

Mango variety boxes, grafted mango trees, pruning tools, nursery gift certificates, and much more.  Additionally, each vendor will be offering their own raffle prize - great way to connect with other local businesses!

How do I enter the “Best Homegrown Mango” contest?

Great question!  Just bring one or multiple homegrown mangos from your own trees, and give it to our staff when you enter.  A panel of judges will ruthlessly critique the entries - we are looking for color, shape, flavor, aroma, and overall uniqueness.  Winner gets an awesome prize!

Can I buy a grafted mango tree or other plants at the event?

Yes!  The nursery will be open during MangoPalooza and we’ll have staff dedicated to helping you pick out plants.  Over 50 varieties of grafted mango trees are available to buy, plus hundreds of other fruit trees, herbs, spices, etc.  

Bonus: your ticket automatically gets you 10% off all plant purchases!

Can I bring outside food and drinks?  What about alcohol?

Absolutely ZERO ALCOHOL is allowed at our event. You will be asked to leave immediately if you bring alcohol.
Additionally, we strongly discourage bringing any outside food or drinks—please support our awesome vendors instead. 

Do you recommend carpooling?

YES - Please consider carpooling with other guests if possible.  This will ensure a better parking experience for all.

If you are carpooling, please try to buy all tickets for your group in one order. We monitor the ticket purchases to estimate the # of cars—we can sell more tickets if you carpool!
