We're a growing edible plant nursery and landscape company looking for dependable, motivated people who enjoy working outside, learning practical skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things well.

You do not need to come to us as a plant expert. We can teach plant identification, nursery production, installation techniques, and our systems and standards.

Our Installation Team Members help install fruit trees and edible plants at customer properties throughout South Florida.

This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to learn professional tree and plant installation through hands-on experience.

When installation projects are scheduled, you'll be part of the field crew. Between installations, you'll work alongside our nursery team helping with plant care, production, inventory, and the daily work that keeps the nursery running.

You don't need to arrive as an experienced installer.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, comfortable with physical work, and ready to learn how to do the job correctly.

What You'll Do

You'll help our field team bring edible landscape projects to life by participating in all aspects of installations.  In between installations, you'll work alongside the nursery team helping with in nursery production, maintenance, customer service, and more. 

Schedule 

Tuesday–Saturday 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or until scheduled work is complete

This is a full-time, hourly position and includes weekly overtime.

Compensation & Growth

Full time team members earn an average of $45,000-$55,000 annually.  Pay increases with responsibility & trust.

Ready to take the next step from working with plants to leading the people and systems behind a growing nursery?

Our Nursery Assistant Manager works directly alongside our Nursery Operations Manager to learn how to run the day-to-day operations of the nursery — from production and plant quality to team leadership, sales, deliveries, and plant shows.

This is a hands-on apprenticeship and leadership development position designed for someone who wants to grow into greater responsibility. You'll learn the operation from the inside out, taking ownership of more areas as your skills, confidence, and trust develop.

Our goal is to prepare the right person to step into the Nursery Operations Manager role by Summer 2027.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with our Nursery Operations Manager and company leadership while developing skills across all areas of nursery operations, including plant production and propagation, plant health and quality standards, inventory management, team training and task assignment, customer sales, deliveries, and plant show operations.

Responsibility increases as proficiency is demonstrated, with structured progress checkpoints throughout the apprenticeship.

Full-Time, Hourly

This is a hands-on leadership role based primarily in our nursery and requires active participation in the daily work of the team.

Compensation & Growth

Earn an average of $45,000 annually.  Eligible for inclusion in quarterly profit sharing pool after 6 months of successful employment. 

This position is specifically designed to grow into greater responsibility and leadership.

You'll receive direct mentorship while progressing from learning our systems, to owning them, to eventually managing and teaching them to others.

Formal development checkpoints will take place with the goal of building toward full readiness to step into the Nursery Operations Manager position.
