Employment Date - Sold first plant in September of 2018!Â
Gardening Since - 2016
What got you into gardening? I had a few friends and family members who kept small gardens....but my real start was when I bought my first house in 2017.  I saw the .2 acre yard as a blank canvas and started filling it with food.  I knew nothing and through trial and error, eventually learned how to make a food forest thrive.Â
My favorite thing about working at Incredible Edible Landscapes is: stuffing the nursery with awesome plants and watching my babies grow! Watching new and experienced gardeners along their journey. Â Introducing people to new and exotic plants for their collections. Â And creating a must see destination for food forest lovers!Â
When I'm not at work, I am: raising our two boys and baby girl with my wife, Iris. Â When I am not at work, I'm usually building something or playing in the gardens. Â On our off days, we enjoy touring botanical gardens, going on nature walks, and spending time with family.Â
My favorite fruit tree in the nursery is: it's a close tie between Mango and Jaboticaba.Â
My favorite mango variety (or top 5!) is: Edward, Sweet Tart, Fruit Punch, Harvest Moon, Pickering, Orange Sherbet, Super Alphonso, Seacrest, Pineapple Pleasure.  I would trade a kidney for a lifetime supply of those.Â
My favorite thing to grow is: Bananas. Â They have always fascinated me...I love watching them grow.Â

Gardening Since -Â childhood. Â One of my earliest memories is planting carrot seeds in my grandma's backyard, harvesting a single, tiny baby carrot and feeling the magic of growing plants.Â
What got you into gardening? Â I have an innate passion for the natural world and love any activity that allows me to fully immerse myself in it - swimming in the ocean, riding horses, walking in a forest, bird watching, etc. Â Having kids really inspired me to want to live a healthy lifestyle which naturally led me to veggie gardening. Â It started as a container garden on our townhome's patio (complete with tumbling composter on the 2nd story balcony!) and has grown into a 4 acre farm that provides my family and many others with delicious and nutritious food.Â
My favorite thing about working at Incredible Edible Landscapes is being able to step outside of the office and spend some time getting my hands in the soil.  I'll often take a break after working on the computer for a few hours and rearrange plants, pull weeds, and help customers.  It's such a fun thing to do "at work" - it feels like I'm not working at all!  Also, chatting and connecting with other gardeners who are passionate about the same things is a highlight for me.Â
When I am not at work, I am hanging out with my kids and dog, making meals using ingredients right from my own farm, tending to my many chickens, ducks, geese, horses, and pigs, gardening, and then collapsing in exhaustion to binge watch trashy reality TV.Â
My favorite fruit tree at the nursery is Avocado and Mango
My favorite mango variety (or top 5) is Edward, Glenn, Lemon Meringue, Sweet Tart, Pineapple Pleasure
My favorite thing to grow is annual veggies, especially tomatoes and peppers.Â

Gardening Since - Since many lifetimes ago and in this lifetime since I was a kid in Boca planting impatiens with my dad around the driveway of our house.Â
What got you into gardening? I honestly feel like it's just something ancestral, in my blood, maybe from my dad's love for plants and farm life. Â I grew up in a pretty white collar suburban life, but any chance I got to plant flowers or start a mango tree from a seed was huge! I also dated someone in college in Boston whose grandma I loved. Â "Uma" taught me about gardening and planting all kinds of bulbs. I fell totally in love and was at peace when I gardened with her.Â
My favorite thing about working at Incredible Edible Landscapes is the team. Â Everyone is so different and funny and kind. Everyone is supportive and you can be yourself 100%.Â
When I am not at work, I am hanging with my 3 mini wirehaired dachshunds at home, strolling, discovering new parks, or hitting the Jupiter dog beach.Â
My favorite fruit tree at the nursery is Vitex! Â So so beautiful and healing!Â
My favorite mango variety (or top 5!) is I love mangos, but I'm not a connoisseur (yet) and really don't have a favorite. Â I'm looking forward to this mango season to try a million varieties and was away with some favorites.
My favorite thing to grow is rosemary!  You don't have to do anything and the scent is intoxicating!Â
